On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held talks with his American counterparts Joe Biden and Frenchman Emmanuel Macron on preparations for this G7 summit, as well as for the Paris conference.

According to the Elysee Palace, the international meeting will be attended by “heads of state, heads of government, ministers” of 47 countries, as well as UN Secretary General António Guterres.

According to the White House, on Sunday, the US president reaffirmed his support for Ukraine.

These summits are taking place as Russian forces strike at key public service infrastructure, causing, among other things, power outages affecting millions of people during the winter.
