Ivan Losev was fined 30,000 rubles (450 euros) by the Central District Court of Chita, a city in southeastern Siberia, after he wrote on Instagram about a dream he had with the president of Ukraine.

In connection with the journalists of Meduza, an investigative site banned in Russia since March, Losev said that this is connected with the decree on mobilization in Russia, he dreams that he is being taken to a Russian training camp, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces have arrived:

“They tied everyone up, they want to shoot, and at that moment Zelenskyy walks by me and says: “Oh, I saw your guards on Instagram, Glory to Ukraine!”. I answer him: “Glory to the heroes!” Zelensky joyfully claps me on the shoulder and says: “Come on, shoot everyone.”

The man also noted that he was surprised that the “cruel things” he wrote on social media did not make it into the dossier prepared by the prosecutor’s office.

“At least the dream with Zelenskyi could be filmed [din dosar] so as not to embarrass us,” Losev told “Meduza”.

The man says he believes authorities began following him in July, but according to an indictment drawn up by Russian prosecutors, he was only exposed in late September by a junior FSB agent, accompanied by printouts of the Chita resident’s posts. .

The case came to the court on December 7, the next day the judge issued a decision on Losev’s fine. However, the man said that he did not come to the court session, because he was not warned about the exact time.

In early March, Russian President Vladimir Putin promulgated a law prohibiting the spread of “false information” about the country’s armed forces.
