As previously reported, Ukrainian experts arrived in Poland to participate in an investigation into the origin of a missile, missiles or missile fragments that struck Poland near the border of the two countries on Tuesday evening, killing two people.
Western officials say it was Ukrainian anti-missile fire aimed at Russian missiles that accidentally landed in neighboring Poland. However, earlier Kyiv claimed that the rockets that fell on Poland were not Ukrainian, but Russian.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said earlier today that he “doesn’t know exactly what happened” in Poland, where a rocket landed on Tuesday evening, killing two people.
“I don’t know what happened. We don’t know for sure. People don’t know this. But I’m sure it was a Russian missile, I’m sure we hit it with air defense systems,” the Ukrainian president said in a statement.
“Ukrainian experts will take part in the investigationFor his part, the Ukrainian president announced the circumstances of the incident in Poland during a speech at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum.
“We have received confirmation that our specialists will participate in the investigation. Until the investigation is completed, we cannot say for sure which missiles or which parts of them fell on Polish soil. But we have seen photographs of the impact diameter. It cannot be just the remnants of anti-missile systems “Zelensky said.
