Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said on Thursday that he “doesn’t know what happened” in Poland, where a rocket fell that killed two people, but he is “sure” that it was a Russian woman.
“I don’t know what happened. We don’t know for sure, the world doesn’t know. But I’m sure it’s a Russian missile, I’m sure we fired from air defense,” Zelenskyy said.
“It is impossible to say anything exact today. We will be able to draw conclusions only after the investigation,” he added.
Russia has repeatedly denied that the missile that fell on Poland was its own. Warsaw claimed that it was most likely a Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, said that Russia bears full responsibility for the incident.
