Tesla recalls over 40,000 vehicles in the US

Automaker Elon Musk is recalling more than 40,000 vehicles in the US over a possible power steering problem.

According to what has been officially announced, the power steering system has been observed to be prone to issues when the vehicle is driven over rough terrain and/or after hitting a pothole.

A specific problem arose in models such as the Model S and Model X.

However, in total, according to the BBC, Tesla issued 17 recall decisions (recall notices) in 2022, affecting a total of 3.4 million vehicles. Last September alone, he recalled almost 1.1 million people in the US due to a problem with the speed at which windows closed.

According to the BBC, there are investors who are concerned that Elon Musk is obsessed with the acquisition of Twitter and is not as involved in his other companies as he should be.
