The US sees this as a window of opportunity for peace, with Kyiv in a position of strength and Moscow in a negative but not humiliating position.
According to the publication, it is no coincidence that Washington and NATO confirmed the shipment of a batch of anti-aircraft anti-aircraft missiles to Kyiv. The basic premise is that the liberation of Kherson (a strategic goal in terms of access to the sea and control of water resources) can change the course of the conflict, and after its restoration, negotiations can be started from a position of strength. The reasons for this are twofold, the newspaper writes. First, there is the threat, albeit very distant at the moment, of the use of tactical nuclear weapons by Russia, which will require a massive response.
