Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Moscow wants a tough response from the international community.
Ukraine and the West have dismissed Moscow’s claims, made in recent days by several Russian officials, that Kyiv is preparing to use a “dirty bomb,” that is, conventional explosives laced with radioactive material.
The issue was discussed yesterday Tuesday in the UN Security Council on the initiative of Moscow.
