Dmytro Medvedev came under the control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ukrainian Pravda reports.

Ukraine charged Medvedev under Art. 110.2 of the Criminal Code (infringement of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, committed by a representative of the authorities).

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of five to ten years with or without confiscation of property.

As reported on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Medvedev went missing on March 1.

On Monday, Medvedev said that Russia is preparing further massive attacks on Ukrainian cities, stressing that “the goal should be the complete dismantling of the Ukrainian political regime,” which “is a direct threat to Russia,” Ukrainian Pravda reports.

“The first act is finished. There will be more. I will express my personal position. I can’t help but think of it now. The Ukrainian state in its current configuration with the Nazi political regime would represent a constant, direct and clear threat to Russia. Therefore, in addition to the protection of our people and the protection of the country’s borders, the goal of our future actions, in my opinion, should be the complete dismantling of the political regime of Ukraine,” Medvedev wrote in Telegram.

At least 11 people were killed and 64 injured as a result of several rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities by Russia.

According to the Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitsyko, 5 people were killed, 51 were injured, 42 of them were hospitalized as a result of the explosions in the Ukrainian capital alone.

Russia’s Defense Ministry said Monday that “all identified targets” were hit in a massive missile strike on Ukraine’s military, communications and energy infrastructure, Reuters reported. Ukrainian military intelligence claims that Russia has been preparing the attack since early October.
