
Dmytro Bulgakov has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation for Logistics, and Mykhailo Mizintsev has been appointed in his place, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported, writes Kommersant.
Bulgakov was responsible for the logistical and technical part of the army, which until now had great problems, and in the future will face special problems in the context of the mobilization announced by Vladimir Putin.
Army General Dmytro Bulgakov has been the Deputy Minister of Defense since December 2, 2008.
Russian officials did not specify what position the former minister will hold from now on.
Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Management Center, oversaw the Russian blockade of Mariupol
Colonel-General Mykhailo Mizintsev previously headed the Department of the Ministry of Defense in Moscow.
