Russian forces fired a total of 11 missiles at regions in eastern Ukraine, the Air Force of Ukraine reported on Twitter on Sunday night.
Two more missiles were destroyed by units of the Air Force in the Poltava region.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said on Sunday evening that Russia was responsible for the power outages that hit eastern Ukraine and accused Moscow of a deliberate attack on civilian infrastructure, writes AFP.
“Total blackout in Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, partial blackout in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Sumy regions,” Zelensky announced in a message on social networks, accusing Moscow of “depriving people of light and heat.”
“Terrorists of the Russian Federation remain terrorists and attack critical infrastructure. They are not military facilities, their purpose is to deprive people of light and heat,” Zelenskyy wrote.

UPDATE 2: Russia hit power grids in Dnipropetrovsk, regional governor
Russian troops on Sunday struck the energy infrastructure in the central Ukrainian region of Dnipropetrovsk, cutting off electricity in several cities, regional governor Valentyn Reznizenko said, Reuters reports.
“Some cities and settlements are without electricity. The Russians hit the energy infrastructure. They cannot come to terms with defeats on the battlefield,” Valentin Reznichenko wrote in Telegram. “We will manage. All services are running. We will restore everything as quickly as possible,” he added.

UPDATE 1: Much of the city of Kharkiv is in darkness
Several districts of Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, were left without power on Sunday evening after an attack by Russian troops, the city’s mayor said, according to CNN.
After a strike at an infrastructure facility in Kharkiv, “power cuts have been cut off in several areas of the city. For the same reason, there is no water in those areas – the pumps are not working,” Mayor Ihor Terekhov said in Telegram.
