
Target executions became today (1/09) the headquarters of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) near Constantinopleno one was hurt, according to local media and officials confirmed.
According to the private news agency DHA, seven bullets were fired from outside the building at the office of the President of the Federation, as well as at a conference room located on the floor below. The perpetrators fled in a car, no casualties reported.
The TFF headquarters is located in Riva, northeast of Istanbul, on the Black Sea coast. Ă–mer Celik, a spokesman for the ruling AKP party, said he had spoken to Federation President Mehmet Buyukesi after the incident.
Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya tweeted that the case is under investigation.
