His representative State Department announced on Monday that United States strongly condemn the deliberate targeting of civilians anywhere when asked about the murder of Darya Dugina, the daughter of a Russian ultra-nationalist, by a car bomb near Moscow.
Speaking at the daily press briefing, spokesman Ned Price declined to say whether Washington knew who was behind the attack, but said the Russians would no doubt draw “some conclusions.”
The FSB of Russia accused the special services of Ukraine in the murder of Dugina. Ukraine, which is defending itself in what it calls Russia’s imperial-style war of conquest, denies any involvement in the attack.
