Ukraine and Russia have blamed each other for explosions in and around a nuclear reactor complex in southern Ukraine.

On Friday, the French presidency announced that Russian leader Vladimir Putin had agreed to a visit to the plant by IAEA inspectors.

During Sunday’s telephone conversation, the four Western leaders also agreed that “support for Ukraine in its defense against the Russian aggressor will be maintained.”
