Ukrainian partisans allegedly tried to kill one of the collaborators of the Russians in the Kherson region, reports Nexta with reference to the Russian press.

Russian media reported that collaborator Vitaly Guru was shot dead near his home.

Currently, the man is hospitalized in serious condition.

Guru began to cooperate with the occupation authorities at the beginning of the war, which was started by Vladimir Putin.

The Ukrainian authorities detained 8 more alleged collaborators in the Donetsk region, Kyiv Independent reports.

According to the investigation, the detainees are suspected of providing Russian troops with information about the location of Ukrainian troops and the movement of military equipment and vehicles.

The Special Service of Ukraine also detained two alleged collaborators in the Mykolaiv region. The SBU suspects them of leaking information to the Russian military, which led to the destruction of shipbuilding infrastructure in Mykolaiv port.

Leaking such information during martial law is punishable by up to 12 years in prison.
