After the first two months of 2024, the sectoral town halls in Bucharest managed to secure an average income of around 200 million lei, as two of the six sectors achieved a double income of more than 400 million lei.

The general impression is that the city hall of sector 1 is the richest city hall among the six sectors of the capital, and maybe even in the country, if we do not take into account the city hall of Bucharest. Budget performance data on income from the six sector town halls show, however, that Sector 1 had one of the lowest revenues in the first two months of this year, only managing to outstrip the capital’s Sector 5.
