Spanish rider Jorge Martin finished with a time of 41:18.138 ahead of Enea Bastiani (Ducati) and Pedro Acosta (KTM).
Reigning champion Francesco Bagnaia retired on the fifth lap after a collision with Marc Marquez.
The next stage in the MotoGP 2024 calendar will be the US Grand Prix at the Austin circuit on April 14.
