Oleksandr Albon cleaned his single-seater car during training for a member of the Australian Parliament
20 minutes before the end of the first practice, Albon lost control of the single-seater Williams car and hit the railing on the side of the track.
Albon was uninjured by the incident and the race resumed ten minutes later (during which debris left on the track was cleared).
The Thai was not the only one to have problems at Albert Park (Melbourne) as most of the drivers went out on the territory.
Lando Norris (McLaren) won the first session, and Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) was the fastest in the second. Max Verstappen finished second each time.
