Gabriela Ruse won only two games in the match with Olena Prydankina
Having reached the 170th place in the WTA ranking, Ruse was decisively defeated by the young Russian (290 WTA), the score 6-1, 6-1.
Gabriela had big problems in her work (she committed five double faults) and lost exactly after an hour of play.
Prydankina (out of qualification) is followed by a match against Mariam Bolkvadze (Georgia / 354 WTA), who advanced to the quarters after En Shuo Liang (Taiwan / 295 WTA) went down 7-5, 4-2.
Gabriela Ruse has only played in one WTA tournament this year, losing in the first round in Auckland to Emma Redukan. The Romanian then stopped in the first round in Porto, in the quarterfinals in Trnava and in the round of 16 in Maribor (all ITF W75 categories).
