There has been much speculation in recent days about Simona Halep’s possible return to No. 58 in the WTA rankings as she is listed on the official Billie Jean King Cup (formerly FedCup) website.

But that’s not the case, Simone is still unranked on the WTA website after being suspended for a doping scandal (she left the world ranking after 17 months of suspension).

We will remind, Simona Halep will return to the tennis court at the “WTA 1000” tournament in Miami. In the first round, the ex-world leader will have a match with Paula Badosa.
