A male and female teacher from a school in Peulesht commune, Prahova county, got into a fight. The woman was the one who complained to the police that a colleague had punched her in the face. The incident took place in the premises of the educational institution. The police fined both, writes News.ro.

“On March 7 of this year, the policemen of the rural department No. 3 of the Ploiesti police were alerted by a woman that she had been physically attacked by her work colleague while she was in the Peulesti commune. From the checks, it turned out that a spontaneous conflict arose between them, caused by the husband’s dissatisfaction, at which point he would have hit her in the face, and then attacked each other. After the quarrel, the woman was taken to a medical institution for the provision of specialized medical care without hospitalization,” the representatives of the Prahova district police report.

Judicial sources told News.ro that the incident happened between two sports teachers in the school locker room. According to the initial data of the investigation, the scandal should have been started by the teacher, who was dissatisfied with the fact that the teacher was late for the lesson.

Two were fined by the police on the basis of Law No. 61/1991 on sanctions for violating certain norms of social coexistence, public order and peace.

“In the case, the police are continuing the investigation in order to establish the actual situation within the framework of an open criminal proceeding regarding the commission of the crime of beating or other violence,” – state the officials of the Prahova Police Inspectorate.
