In a statement published on its official website, the ITIA presented the TAS decision in the Simona Halep case, noting that it is awaiting the full jury decision, which will be published at a later date.
Meanwhile, ITIA chief executive Karen Moorhouse made a brief statement about players’ rights.
“A key element of the anti-doping process is the player’s right to appeal, and the ITIA respects both that right and the outcome.
