The capital city hall received three proposals for the purchase of 20 mini-thermal power plants, which will be located in areas where the heating agent is not supplied in sufficient parameters, and their analysis will take place “as soon as possible”, Nikushor announced on Saturday. According to the mayor, three proposals were submitted for the purchase of 20 mini-thermal power plants, which will be located in areas where the heating agent is not supplied in sufficient parameters, and the stage of analysis of the proposals is currently underway so that the Communal Enterprise Energetica Servicii “determines the winner as soon as possible.”

• “Thanks to the purchase of 20 modular capacities, we will ensure, starting from the next cold season, optimal supply of heating agent and hot water for 340 blocks with more than 16.3 thousand apartments and approximately 40 thousand tenants from all 6 sectors.
• The installations will be located in certain heat points located at the ends of the network, where the work was improper and where the heating agent was supplied in insufficient parameters. It is about four thermal points in sector 1, six in sector 2, three other thermal points in sector 3, one in sector 4, three in sector 5 and three more in sector 6,” Nikushor Dan explained.

The value of the contract is estimated at approximately 79 million lei.

According to the feasibility study approved in March 2023 by the General Council, 20 mini-stations will be installed in the following thermal points:

In 2022, the capital city hall tried to lease 20 micro power plants for 4 months, but was unsuccessful.

The cost of the tender for the lease of micro-power plants was 20,668,371 lei.
