The transition of Lewis Hamilton from “Mercedes” to “Ferrari” brought new excitement to the world of Formula-1. There are many rumors about the replacement of the Briton, and the latest version is the return of Sebastian Vettel to the Grand Circus.

Sebastian Vettel (36 years old) does not completely close the door to return to Formula 1
From 2025, Hamilton will wear the red suit of Scuderia Ferrari, and the vacancy at Mercedes is in high demand.
If a few days ago there was active talk about the transfer of Fernando Alonso to Mercedes, now Sebastian Vettel leaves the door open for a possible return to Formula 1.
Earlier on Friday, Vettel told the Neue Zurcher Zeitung that he was amazed that Hamilton had decided to leave Mercedes (after 12 years) for Ferrari.
“Toto Wolff, the principal of the Mercedes team, did not call me, but we exchanged messages several times. But it’s not a problem for me now because at 36 I have all the time in the world.
At the moment, I feel very good not participating in Formula 1. It’s not a definitive no, but it’s not a definitive yes either,” said Vettel, quoted by DPA.
At the age of 36, Vettel has four world championship titles, all with RedBull (2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013).
He started 299 Grands Prix, took 122 pole positions, won 53 Grands Prix and scored 3098 career points.
The first Grand Prix in which he participated was in the USA in 2007, and the last in Abu Dhabi in 2022.
He raced for BMW Sauber, Toro Rosso, RedBull Racing, Scuderia Ferrari and Aston Martin.
