In context, Dacian Ciolos revealed that Prime Minister Marcel Ciolaku “has no way of not knowing” whether the RAPPS building where the work is being carried out is intended for Klaus Iohannis for the period after his term ends, as former presidents are entitled to protocol accommodation.

“The Prime Minister cannot find any other explanation than that I will look, I will check, I do not know what is happening. I tell you as a former prime minister that he could not have known within the next half hour after the publication of the material. I do not think that these investments were made without the knowledge of the Prime Minister, at least passively. If Prime Minister Çolaku does not stop these investments as soon as possible, he will find himself in the ridiculous position of becoming the cupbearer of President Iohannis because of his behavior.
