On January 31, 2024, the girl’s father informed the police of the 16th division that his minor daughter, aged 14, was the victim of a crime of sexual violence, suspected of having committed the act while being her meditator.

“The case was taken up by the police officers of the 4th sector of the criminal investigation, based on the results of the investigative actions, it was established that on January 31, 2024, they were at the address of the 4th sector, where carrying out with a minor 68-year-old man instruction on the subject of moral coercion, which consisted in the fact that he created a state of fear in the victim, related to the quality he has, would commit a sexual assault on him,” the police statement said.

According to the law enforcement officers, in order to prove the criminal activity of the suspect, on February 15, 2024, two house searches were conducted, several interesting things were discovered and seized. The arrest warrant for the suspect, who was searched and brought to court, was also implemented.

On the basis of the provided evidence, the person in question was detained for 24 hours in order to present the court proposal to the judges.
