It’s like the story I heard as a child is coming back: “Wash it or do another?” When you decide to open new locations, you have to make sure that the first ones don’t turn into ruins! The apologies of the economic operator are superfluous! Instead, here we won first place: in contempt for the consumer,” said Horia Constantinescu, president of ANPC.

Hygienic and sanitary deficiencies were also found: walls and ceiling with peeling paint, ventilation system in rooms with accumulation of dust, presence of mold at the junction between the wall and floor in shower cabins, presence of separate shower heads. large accumulations of limestone, the presence of unsanitary walls on the terraces, on which infiltrates are visible, cables and exposed metal profiles, as well as sofas, on which material breaks are visible.

As a result of the violations, fines in the amount of 116,500 lei were imposed and sales of food additives and non-conforming textile products in the amount of approximately 6,000 lei were temporarily suspended.

Control groups have temporarily closed seven gyms and proposed to close for a period of 6 months to 12 months three of the controlled workplaces located in Calais 13 September no. 90, sector 5, str. Barbu Văcărescu no. 164A, sector 2 and December 1, 1918 boulevard No. 33A, sector 3.
