The Petroshani National Research Institute for Mining Safety and Explosion Protection (INSEMEX) has completed part of the examination in the case of the explosions at the liquefied gas station in Krevedia, which killed six people and injured more than 50 others.
According to Digi 24 and Antena 3, a preliminary report shows that a cloud of gas has formed over the gas station in Crevedia at a perimeter of approximately 40 meters.
So far, it has not been possible to determine exactly what was the source of the flame. As a result, the source can be electrical, thermal, mechanical, open flame or electrostatic, according to experts.
It will be recalled that in August, destructive explosions occurred at the gas station in Krevedia, as a result of which six people died and more than 50 were injured.

According to Attorney General Alex Florenta, the company, which has 25 operating locations across the country, was supposed to function only as a staging area for tankers after it closed in the fall of 2020, but transshipments of LPG from tankers occurred regularly, according to Attorney General Alex Florenta. there, although he no longer had any permission.
