In the first game of the 23rd stage of the Super League, “Farul Constanta” won a victory on its field over “Krajova 1948” with a score of 1:0. The result puts the champion in fourth place.

If in the previous stage they defeated the University of Craiova, then Farul managed to defeat another team from Bani, U Craiova 1948.

Although the possession of the ball belonged to Giovanni Costantino’s pupils throughout the game, the scoring situations were on the side of the Constantinians.

The only goal of the game was scored by Ronaldo Diacona in the 8th minute, with a shot from the penalty area. It was the first success after returning to the Super League.

Until the end, Gheorghe Hagi’s side were creating chances, conceding a lot, as in the previous phase, while Olten could have had a shot from 11 meters in the 77th minute, but after a VAR review, the game was allowed to continue.

“Farul Constanta” scores 36 points and currently rises to the fourth position of the rating, while “Kraiova 1948” remains in 11th place with 27 points.
