“Real” is negotiating with “Al-Ittihad” about the loan of Karim Benzema

Kylian Mbappe is unlikely to arrive at Real Madrid until this summer, and until then the Spaniards want to bring in a true No. 9 for Jude Bellingham to play in midfield.

Real Madrid, having rejected Mauro Icardi, began negotiations with Al Ittihad on the loan of Karim Benzema until the summer, reports sport.es.

The 36-year-old forward has been in Saudi Arabia for 6 months, but has clashed with management over an alleged 17-day delay in joining the club team.

Karim Benzema played for Real Madrid from July 2009 to July 2023, played 648 matches, scored 354 goals and provided 165 assists.

Manchester United would also be interested in Karim Benzema, with only one striker in their squad (Rasmus Hoylund), but the Frenchman’s wages are an issue.

Benzema earns more than 100 million euros a year in Saudi Arabia.

Karim scored 9 goals and provided 5 assists in 15 appearances for Al Ittihad this season.
