In the afternoon, Alain Delon’s lawyer, Christophe Aiella, issued a press statement saying his client was “extremely shocked by the media disaster orchestrated by his son Anthony” and that he planned to file a complaint on his behalf over his comments, which were allegedly aimed to “harm” him and his daughter Anuchka.

The latter also sent a statement through the same lawyer, Me Ayela, also condemning the “shamelessness” of the comments and announcing a complaint against Anthony for defamation, defamation, threats and harassment.

Anthony Delon immediately reacted on Instagram, accusing his sister Anushka of visiting their father on Thursday lunchtime at his estate in Duches-Montcorbon (Loire) to “throw Paris Match in his face and make him sign (this) statement of the modest press,” he declared. .

“I know that my father signed this paper without realizing its full scope, most likely without reading, tired of all the conflicts that exhausted him,” says the son.

According to this, the prosecutor of Montargi (Loiret), based on the medical examination of his father, which establishes that “his insight is completely canceled”, “is considering the possibility of opening a procedure for his transfer to judicial protection”.
