In 2024, Ukraine will face an economic crisis, as well as difficulties on the battlefield – Russian experts say in one voice, the newspaper “MK” quotes. At the same time, they are sure that the West will not leave Kyiv, even though NATO countries are currently in a difficult situation, reports Rosbalt.ru, quoted by Rador Radio Romania.

This is the opinion, for example, of the head of the Center for the Study of Military-Political Conflicts, military expert Andriy Klintsevich. He believes that by the end of 2024, Ukraine will have the strength and means to fight and even attack. Kyiv will receive help from European countries.

His colleague, military expert, director of the Museum of Air Defense, Yuriy Knutov, adds that “the USA will do everything to keep Ukraine in its orbit”, as evidenced by the planned and implemented arms deliveries to Ukraine.

At the same time, there is a noticeable change in the nature of hostilities, forms and methods of armed struggle on both sides, according to military experts.

They emphasize that if the Russian Federation increases its resources and generally owns defense and attack, winter and 2024 will be extremely difficult for the Armed Forces without financial and military support, and changes on the battlefield in favor of the Russian Federation may appear already at the beginning of this year.

And although there is a possibility that Kyiv will decide to launch a counteroffensive-2, it is unlikely that its result will be positive for Kyiv, experts believe, recalling that the first operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine failed last summer, although they were strong and well-armed at the time. unlike the current state of the army.

There is a chance for negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine in 2024, but the dialogue is unlikely to succeed, experts believe.

They do not rule out that in the year of our accession, the Russian Federation will be able to be swayed to a negotiating position in order to freeze the conflict and provide an opportunity to increase and reorganize the Armed Forces of Ukraine. But in general, with or without negotiations, there will be no peaceful existence with Ukraine in the near future, analysts conclude.
