• Thus, the construction of the main part of the building, which includes the restaurant, kitchen and living quarters on the first floor and attic, was carried out by our own efforts, without obtaining approvals and building permits.
• At the same time, the actions and measures intended for “legitimization” were carried out in violation of the provisions of the legislation regarding the permit for construction works and the Law on Quality in Construction.
• The tourist unit acted in violation of the provisions of the Law on Fire Protection, regarding the approval of construction categories that are subject to approval and/or permission regarding fire safety and the relevant rules in this field, respectively, without obtaining approvals and permits that should have been issued by the Emergency Situations Inspectorate under proper operation and non-compliance with fire safety rules.
