​​After nine years at the head of the country, President Iohannis is now entering the tenth year of his stay in Kotrochen. Among the 19 advisers that the head of state has, some of them have been working for him since 2014 (or the beginning of 2015). However, there have also been countless reshuffles where some of the president’s advisers became ministers or judges of the KKR.

From December 2014 until now, the economic adviser to President Iohannis is Professor Cosmin Marinescu, who heads the Department of Economic and Social Policy from Kotrochen. He is an old liberal who collaborated in 2009 to develop the economic component of the presidential program of Crin Antonescu. Then he worked in the ministries of economy and public finance, as an adviser to the liberal minister Daniel Chitsa.
