At the time, Olestiuk wrote that he thanked the pilots of the Ukrainian Air Force and “everyone involved”, but did not specify which planes or weapons were involved in the attack.

The moment of the explosion in the port of Feodosia, located in the east of the Crimean Peninsula, was captured on video and posted on social networks.

“Novocherkask” is a very large amphibious landing ship of the “Ropucha” class. The ship is 112 meters long and can carry more than 300 soldiers, 10 tanks and 12 armored personnel carriers. The ship is also armed with Grad 122 mm unguided salvo fire systems and also has Strela anti-aircraft missile launchers.

Previously, Ukraine also managed to attack amphibious ships of the “Ropucha” type in the port of Berdyansk.
