The Eagles team of Danylo Medvedev, Andriy Rublev, Mirra Andreeva and Sofia Kenin defeated their rivals from the Kites 29-26 in the final of the World Tennis Championships on Sunday.

Aryna Sabalenko was defeated in singles and doubles in the finals of the World Tennis League

The Eagles started on the left in the grand final, with the first match of the mixed doubles going to the Kites through Paola Badosa and Stefanos Tsitsipas.

The women’s doubles and men’s doubles followed, with the Eagles winning each time, and the difference in the singles.

Sofia Kenin, who is ranked 33rd in the world, beat ex-world leader Aryna Sabalenko 6-4, and in the last match, Andriy Rublev scored the points necessary for his team to become champions.
