Amsterdam “Ajax” fans will be refunded the money for tickets

Amsterdam “Ajax” in the Dutch Cup experienced a difficult test against the team of the fourth division USV Hercules (3-2). The amateur club scored the winning goal in the 93rd minute thanks to Grotenbraeg.

“We share this pain and are deeply ashamed,” the club said in an address to fans.

Therefore, the club management decided to make a gesture towards the fans who made the trip, reimbursing the cost of the ticket and transport to those who wanted it, writes News.ro.

  • This is the first time Ajax has lost to an amateur team in the Dutch Cup. In the previous 29 games, the Lancers scored at least four goals.
