After the accident with several victims on Wednesday evening, the authorities of the county of Dambovitsa activated the Red intervention plan. A minibus overturned between the settlements of Grazia and Corbij Mari.

Dâmboviţa County Police reports that the accident occurred on DJ 701 involving a minibus (8+1 seats) that overturned into a ditch, News.ro reports.

“Several people were injured as a result of the impact, and they are receiving medical assistance. At the moment, traffic is blocked,” the source said.

Law enforcement officers are conducting an investigation, establishing all the circumstances of the accident.

Crews were also dispatched from Teleorman

“Between the settlements of Grazia and Corbii Mari, the minibus overturned off the roadway. Given the number of people involved, the Red Intervention Plan was activated at the Dâmboviţa county level to provide emergency medical care. 1 fire truck, 6 SMURD ambulances, 1 evacuation crew and 3 SAJ ambulances were sent to the scene of the intervention,” the Emergency Situations Inspectorate (ISU) of Dâmboviţa reported.

The source quoted said that ISU Teleorman is stepping in to support with several special vehicles and ambulances are being dispatched from Teleorman.
