Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Tuesday that the army has requested the mobilization of another 450,000-500,000 troops, but no final decision has been made, Reuters reports. At a press conference in Kyiv, the Ukrainian leader said that high-ranking military and government officials should discuss “this very sensitive issue of mobilization”, and then the parliament will consider it.

Zelenskyy noted that the mobilization of such a scale will require additional funding.

Zelenskyi said on Tuesday that he is confident that the important US military and financial aid will continue.

Ukraine’s president said on Tuesday that no one knows when the war with Russia will end, but Ukraine may win sooner if it remains steadfast.
