Luka Modric will not play with Napoli in the Champions League

Real Madrid are struggling on all fronts this season, but squad problems are causing many problems for Carlo Ancelotti.

Thibaut Courtois, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Eder Militao, Aurelien Chuameni, Eduardo Camavinga, Arda Guler and Vinicius Junior are already out through injury and now the Italian has learned that he will not be able to rely on another of his players.

We are talking about Luka Modric, who left the field in the 70th minute of Sunday’s match against Cadiz.

According to Madrid Zone, the Croatian midfielder claimed muscle strain in the last match of the championship, due to which he will not be able to be used in the UEFA Champions League game against Napoli.

At the same time, the cited source notes that Modric will not be on the field even in the game against Granada in La Liga.
