The cited source clarified that on November 11, 2023, a minor, 17 years old, informed the police officers who were on guard duty that on the same day from 18.00 to 19.00 while he was in pretrial detention, in the room for those deprived of liberty , in the temporary detention center and the temporary detention center, together with three minors aged 15, 16 and 17, respectively, with the use of physical and moral influence, would be physically and verbally punished. attacked them.

“Thus, in the presence of representatives of the Main Department of Social Assistance and Child Protection – Sector 4, the hearing of the minor was scheduled and, after confirming all the data and information, the criminal proceedings against the three persons were continued. suspects of committing the crime of rape. The institution clarified that immediately after the crime was committed, another periodic check was conducted, after which the minor decided to inform the police about the fact of an attack on him by fellow residents.

“The victim was immediately taken to the medical center and consulted by the doctors of the unit, the criminal investigation authorities were informed, which started an official investigation into the fact of the crime of rape. On November 14, 2023, three minors were remanded in custody for 24 hours, later, on November 15, a preventive measure in the form of remand for 30 days,” the Metropolitan Police reported.

The teenagers were still in detention for robbery and driving without a license.
