This year, we have prepared 145 performances from 9 different titles, for which more than 20,000 spectators are expected. Performances take place outdoors, in the Garden of Comic Opera for Children, in a plot space created especially for this event, from December 15 to 23, 2023. The duration is 30 minutes, and the theme of the story about Snow and the winter wind, Kryvatsul, comes to the fore. If taken separately, these two elements are not very appreciated – snow covers the ground and makes life difficult for people, and Kryvatsul makes you shiver from the cold. Tales with Horses is the dream of stuntman Vali Vasilescu, who writes scripts and then puts them on stage with his team of stuntmen, young actors, film veterans and technicians. Vali Vasilescu dubbed famous actors such as “Cold Mountain” and “The Three Musketeers”. He was the first Romanian to be accepted into “The Taurus World Stunt Academy”, a prestigious international stunt organization, and he also bred horses, wolves and birds of prey.
