Rafael Dwamena, a player for Levante and Real Zaragoza, collapsed on the pitch in the 24th minute of the match and died at the age of 28, despite the best efforts of doctors present at the stadium.
According to panorama.com, the club where the footballer from Ghana played knew about the heart problems, but agreed to let Dwamena play, but under his own responsibility.
