The tentative opening of the passage is sometime at the end of this month. We hope that this passage will be up and running by December 1. (…) This is only one part of the puzzle that the Middle Ring has, we have already started work on the second passage, on the Bercheny road, where we have completed the expropriation and started the organization to divert the utilities,” explained Daniel Beluce on Sunday, statement for the press in the “Europa Unită” passage.

(…) At Pasajul Unirii we are on the right track, maybe by the end of November we will complete the award procedure, we will give an initial order on what design and execution means. We expect that in 2024 we will solve the whole project part, and starting from 2025 we will take care of the implementation of this work. At the moment we are finalizing the elements of the project, we will be able to explain to the citizens very precisely what compensatory measures for traffic, which (. ..) will be seriously affected during the execution of this work,” said Daniel Beluce.
