The report of the extrajudicial technical examination confirms, even fuels the fears, establishing that the opening of the transit access via Ogorului and Kodrului streets to DN1/in/ from the villages of the Korbeanka commune (Tamashi, Ostratu, Paradisul Verde district, etc.) cannot support transit traffic under legal conditions, how does the situation in the region look like? Furthermore, the Urban Master Plan (PUG) does not provide for the continuity of Codrulou Street, as CNAIR wants to achieve, and any route that does not comply with the PUG is against the law.
