
At the beginning of October, a one-story building on Drumul Sării Street in Bucharest was inaugurated the RoA restaurant, which offers catering services at extremely attractive prices. So, the first main course costs 8 lei, and the menu of the day, consisting of two courses and a dessert, reaches 22 lei.
The name of the restaurant comes from the joint-stock company Ro-ArmyCatering, created as a result of the memorandum of the Minister of National Defense dated April 13, 2011, approved by the Romanian government. The subject of the memorandum was the creation of two commercial companies: SC Ro-ArmySecurity SA (a security company) and SC Ro-ArmyCatering SA (a HoReCa type company). Through GD S-410/2011, both companies became subsidiaries of Romtehnica National Company SA, the former Department of Import and Export of the Army, a fully state-owned company owned by the Ministry of National Defense as the sole shareholder.
