This montage features six men talking about the tasks they received from their superiors in this attack and describing their involvement in it.

The exact identity of these men and the circumstances in which they spoke could not be independently verified.

On Monday, more than a hundred foreign correspondents in Israel saw videos of Hamas atrocities, and the Israeli army later decided to broadcast on social networks a video montage of the interrogations of captured terrorists.

Some of the six men seem aloof and cold, others indifferent and talkative. The two appear to be in pain, writhing and have blood on their clothes, News.ro said.

“As many kidnappings as possible”

According to the sequences chosen by the Israelis in this video montage, the terrorists were given fairly similar orders – “to kill men, take hostage women, old people and children”, regardless of whether they are military or civilians, says one of the six men.

“The purpose of our infiltration is to capture, to steal as much as possible,” says another man.

Another says he was ordered to “infiltrate” the kibbutz and “empty” it by killing the residents.

“Someone took a selfie with her and put her on a motorcycle”

Below is the history of the atrocities committed by Hamas during the October 7 terrorist attacks that killed 1,400 people, including foreigners.

Interviewees say that they set fire to several houses, saw how a terrorist shot a man who was “watering plants”, shot an old woman.

One of them says that he witnessed the kidnapping of a “15-16-year-old” teenager.

“Some (of the Hamas terrorists, no) told him to shoot her, others told him not to shoot her, to kidnap her,” he says.

“Someone took a selfie with her and put her on a motorcycle,” he says.

Another says he shot a corpse, after which his superiors scolded him for “wasting bullets.”

An apartment and a $10,000 kidnapping reward

More than 200 people were taken hostage during these attacks, four of whom were released. This strategy was made clear by Hamas when the Israelis interrogated these men.

“In Gaza, whoever brings back the kidnapped people” gets a reward, “a camera and $10,000” for each capture, one of them says, citing what he claims one of his superiors told him.

“That’s how things go in Al-Qassam Brigades,” he insists.

Hamas leaders are criticized

Some of the men featured in the montage are critical of the leadership of Hamas, the Islamist movement in power in the Gaza Strip, which has an armed wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades.

At least two of them feel betrayed at the time of the interrogation.

“They tricked us, they tricked us,” declares one of them, referring to the terrorist group’s Politburo members Ismail Haniyeh and Khaled Mehal.

“They are in Qatar and Turkey, and their families are being bombed in Gaza,” he adds.

One of them believes that he was “deceived”, that the managers “sit at home, and (they) left them here”.

“Management has abandoned us,” declares another.

Shocking details

Some confessions shock with cynicism.

One of the terrorists, who saw his comrades taking selfies with a 15- or 16-year-old girl before abducting her in the Gaza Strip, says he threw “four grenades, only two of which exploded” at the house. that he killed at least one person.

Another says he set fire to the shelter where the family and their dog were hiding to get them out, then shot everyone, including two teenagers aged 18 and 20.

In another clip, a terrorist with his face blurred: “The idea was to go from house to house, from room to room, throw grenades and kill people, including women and children,” he says.

“Hamas ordered us to crush or cut off our heads and cut off our legs,” he added.

Comparison with the Islamic State

Interrogated men have no problem admitting the similarity of their actions with the actions of the jihadist organization “Islamic State” (ISIS).

“Do you believe that your atrocities resemble the crimes of Daesh (the Arabic acronym for ISIS)?” – asks the Israeli investigator.

“Yes,” one of the prisoners answers without blinking.

“There is no difference,” assures another.
