Yoav Gallant asks Israeli forces to “continue to prepare for this offensive because it is going to happen,” News.ro quoted him as saying.

“We are preparing thoroughly. This will be a deadly attack. It will be a combined ground, sea and air strike,” he said.

“Do your job, prepare, we’ll deploy,” Gallant said.

The minister inspected the naval base in Ashdod, where he said he conducted an “assessment of the naval operational situation” and where he “inspected the coast of Israel’s southern border together with Navy Commander David Sa’ar Salama,” the Israeli ministry. CNN reports.

He praised the work of the military and the command for “disrupting many attacks that could have taken place” against Israel in this video recorded during the inspection.

“My appeal to the military is well done, you did a great job. Get ready for our operation, it will come soon. We are carefully preparing for the next stage – a multilateral air, land and sea operation,” he said. “Do your job, be ready. We will need you.” (News.ro.)
