The youth national team of Romania under 20 won the second victory in the friendly tournament of the Elite League, at home against England with a score of 2:0 and ended up in the first place of the rating.

The match at the “Arcul de Triomphe” stadium started perfectly for Kostin Kurel’s students.

In the 5th minute, Christian Mihai opened the scoring with a shot at the goal from 20 meters.

Ten minutes later, Moussi was fouled in the penalty area and Romania were awarded a penalty, which Atanas Trike confidently converted.

The final half belonged to England, who hit the crossbar in the 37th minute and wasted an 11-yard shot seven minutes later.

The second half did not bring any significant changes, and the three-color team climbed to first place in the Elite League.
