
Searches were conducted on Tuesday at the Ministry of Health, as well as at the homes of some individuals on suspicion of fraud during the competition for the position of senior advisor class I in the Political Department of Human Resources in the field of health care – the Bureau of Qualifications Recognition and Regulation. The searches were carried out by GUBAP employees and prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office at the 1st District Court, the Prosecutor’s Office at the 1st District Court reports.
“Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office at the District Court of Bucharest 1 are conducting a criminal investigation on the suspicion of committing a crime in using in any way, directly or indirectly, information that is not intended for public release, or allowing unauthorized persons access to this information, in advance. art 12 paragraph (1) letter b) of the Law 78/2000”, says the press release of the prosecutor’s office at District Court 1.
The suspicions relate to “falsification of the competition for the position of the first class advisor of the highest rank within the framework of the Political Directorate of Human Resources in the field of health care – the Bureau of Qualifications Recognition and Regulation,” the cited source also notes.
