He added that he hopes to restore 50 km of heating networks this year.

“For the heating, I was very optimistic, I said 100 km a year, then I said 50 and finally this year I hope to reach 50 kilometers. It is important that the quality of services increases. After years of decline, the quality of service is on the rise. The easiest indicator is how much water you’re losing, because the more water you lose, the lower the pressure and heat that’s coming.
